ABOUT THIS MASTERCLASS

An interactive, one day course designed to help you understand and overcome Imposter Syndrome through building awareness and using tools and strategies that will support you to feel greater confidence and ease in work and life.

Imposter Syndrome is a term used to describe how highly achieving individuals question their own abilities, can feel that they don’t belong and dismiss or minimise their own accomplishments. This course is for anyone who struggles with the self-doubt that can create anxiety and stress and hinder your potential growth. This session is a safe space for those who feel held back from achieving everything they want to in work and life, who are seeking ways to feel more confident in themselves or who identify with having imposter syndrome. You will explore frameworks, tools and approaches to enhance your awareness and self-compassion, build confidence and resilience, learn empowering communication and reflection skills and build an action plan for overcoming imposter thoughts for your present and into your future.
