UNVEILING THE 2024 NEW ZEALAND WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP SUMMIT!

We’re bringing back the NZ edition of our Women in Leadership Summit – for the first time since the Pandemic!

A groundbreaking event expanding upon eight years of success, this expansion is not just a geographical leap; it represents a deeper commitment to addressing the critical findings of the Global Gender Gap Report 2023, which highlights the urgent need for increased female representation in leadership roles worldwide.

New Zealand’s notable progress in gender equality, evidenced by its impressive global rankings and efforts to close the gender gap, positions it as an ideal focus for our summit discussions on leadership and gender equality.

Our Vision: Innovation, Inclusion, and Impact

Moving beyond the conventional conference format, we aim to be a catalyst for tangible change, providing valuable insights for both emerging talents and seasoned leaders. The summit features keynote speeches, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions with influential figures from New Zealand and around the globe, creating an unparalleled opportunity for networking and joining a movement that’s reshaping leadership.

Be Part of the Change

This is your opportunity to connect with trailblazers, engage with transformative ideas, and be inspired by those who’ve made significant strides in breaking the glass ceiling. Together, we’ll explore the avenues of change, celebrate the achievements of women leaders, and forge a path towards a more inclusive and equitable future. Don’t miss out on being part of this pivotal moment in leadership history.
